Teams not qualifying for The Championship Playoffs and not qualifying for the Consolation Playoffs will be entered into the Last Chance Playoffs

All teams in the Last Chance Playoffs will begin Week 15 play with zero points.

The top 10 scoring teams with the most total points in Weeks 15 through 17 will be Last Chance Playoffs winners and receive a prize.
